My last craft kits post was super popular so I thought I’d make a Christmas one to support UK small businesses in these uncertain times. Plus we all love Christmas. Especially this year!
So lets get started shall we?
Christmas craft kits
Let’s start off big with these amazing wreaths by Jess at fat pompoms. Honestly I can not get over how amazing they are!
I was kindly gifted the rainbow wreath so I’ll be making another blog post with my attempt but I just can’t wait. The kit has absolutely everything you need to create a beautiful wreath. It’s going to be a fun project for Jacob & I to complete. It’ll be lush to have something we’ve made for years to come & it’s just so bold & beautiful.
There’s a few styles available including the rainbow, white Christmas, traditional & blue iridescent. Plus you can choose between a full kit or two partial options. These has been super popular already with pre orders so don’t miss out if this is something you wanna try.
This kit is such a lovely rustic design alongside a positive message. You create 24 festive envelopes which each have an act of kindness included (theres a bunch to choose from). It definitely makes a change from the traditional chocolate calendar.
It’s a really affordable kit that you can use as a feature piece in your home & just have fun making something happy with your family. It comes with all the paper you need to create your envelopes as well as tonnes of craft bits to decorate them!
I was kindly gifted a kit & it comes so beautifully wrapped & presented. The kit comes with such lovely acts of kindness. I’m going to get Jasper to help me out with this one & then hang it above our tv so it’s a feature piece for the holiday. I just love the design of it. If you’d like to purchase your own or even another product Becky kindly gave me a discount code to share; BYBUSBY15.
Onto a fun little felt project by the lovely Kathryn. This is in a beautiful mistletoe design which I really think stands out from other Christmas crafts kits on the market.
Kathryn creates lots of kits throughout the year for you to try & this one is just as lovely. It comes with all the felt you’ll need, the glue & the floristry wire as well as all the instructions you’ll need. Ohh I shouldn’t forget the teabag because like Kaff says you can’t craft without a good cuppa!
Okay it’s not Christmas without a macrame snowflake & Kalicrame has got you covered!
Kali has two kits available; one with the option to make 7 snowflakes & one to make 5 snowflakes. They’re such a bargain with the amount you get. Plus you get to learn lots of different macrame techniques to make them! You get white cotton rope aswell as two golden styles too.
It’s a great way to learn basic macrame techniques for future projects.
Onto the baubles starting with these beautiful felt ball ones by Emily.
They are really affordable & come in a bunch of different colour options to match your tree. They come with all the felt balls you’ll need, the base & the hanging string. All you’ll need is a glue gun to attach them.
I just love all the colour combos & think they’ll make such a different bauble to add to your tree.
If you love cross stitch or have been thinking of trying it then Sophie has some wonderful kits to choose from.
There’s 9 designs to choose from with really affordable prices. There’s even a Christmas card set which is just blooming awesome!
I haven’t done cross stitch in forever but these look like a really fun way to try it out. I can’t get over how many designs there are to choose from! They come with all the instructions you’ll need as a newbie & high quality yarn/fabric to work with.
Okay I know I have a lot of punch needle fans & Sara has thankfully made a kit for us all to try.
I used one of Sara’s kit to try punch needle so I can vouch for the quality. She uses well tested fabric so you won’t end up pulling your hair out trying to get it to work. These baubles are in her signature style which really stands out & in the kit you get three to make so it is worth the expense for sure.
If you love Christmas & you’ve been thinking of trying punch needle this is for you!!
Finally we have the simple but beautiful star kit from Clare who runs white collection macrame.
These are so beautiful & I can personally vouch for the quality of her cord because I use it in my shop. They come with everything you’ll need to create a beautiful decoration for your home. It’s a simple kit that won’t take hours to complete so if you want to dip your toe into macrame this is for you.
So there’s 8 Christmas craft kits for you to try out! Remember to order early so you don’t miss out & if you want to find some regular craft kits to try out or gift here’s my original blog post (here). If you have anymore suggestions please pop them in the comments below!
