Okay less chit chat from me & onto the spooky clothes…
Jasper’s halloween haul
This is the bit where I haven’t gone overboard because we haven’t got any particular plans for halloween itself so I didn’t wanna spend a lot on costumes.
But… I couldn’t resist a bat costume could I?
From the moment he was born we knew he was going to be bat for halloween so when H&M dropped this velvet beauty I had to snap it up. Basically it is perfect & I love it!
His other costume was kindly purchased by my friend Freya cause she’s a babe & he’s gonna make the cutest vampire.
I stocked up on the clothing as you can tell because; 1) I wanted to get a few bits he could continue wearing after halloween & 2) I couldn’t resist any cute item I came across. That’s the honest truth! I am weak when it comes to spooky clothes hence this larger than I expected halloween haul.
The first halloween pieces we purchased were from Baby Gap & weren’t cheap but the designs are really lush. Plus they were 3 for 2 so we picked up the ghost tee for future use. The bat onesie is actually the next size up because bats aren’t just for halloween okay?!
When I purchased the bat costume I also picked up a little monster top & leggings in a larger size so he can have spooky outfits later in the year. They had a lot of options so if you are looking for quality & affordable halloween items I would check them out for sure.
The main place we purchased from is Tesco partly because we are in there all the damn time but also because they do really nice baby clothes. It’s very hard to resist adding to his wardrobe when I’m just popping in for milk. We picked up the cutest vests, a little 1st halloween top with leggings & two onesies. I love all the colours & puns!
The final bit of the halloween haul is of course the goodie box. We picked up this cute bat basket in homesense yesterday & it is divine. It makes a beaut addition to his nursery & holds all his halloween bits.
First stop the cutest shoes you ever did see! I was on the lookout for these after seeing a few mums sharing similar on the gram so when I saw them on the H&M I was over the moon. I purchased them in a more suitable size so they don’t fit just yet but when he’s moving about they will.
We also snagged the reversible ghost pillow in H&M home & then of course purchased Zero from the Disney store. Jasper loves his little pumpkin nose which is cute to watch him play with.
The final bits are handmade rattles by the wonderful Amy who runs the cotton shop. When she announced she was releasing a halloween range I knew I was gonna purchase & I’m so glad I snapped them up. Both the pumpkin & the ghost are beautifully made & super soft. I can’t wait till Jasper is a little more intrigued & plays with them.
It’s only when I started putting everything together for this halloween haul that I realised I had purchased quite a bit. I’m not ashamed of my halloween obsession & I only hope Jasper grows to love it as much as me. Can you imagine if he doesn’t???
I’ve linked as much as I can so hopefully you can purchase anything that’s caught your eye. If you do see anything you think I’d love then feel free to send me a DM on the gram cause you know I’m gonna appreciate it… & buy it!
